Ncp42 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using ncp42's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ncp42 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

The ncp42 platform is available only to individuals who meet the following requirements:

  1. Be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by law in your state or territory, whichever is higher.
  2. Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  3. Not prohibited from using online gambling services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
  4. Use the platform for personal use only, not on behalf of any third party.

Ncp42 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time and to suspend an account pending verification if required.

2. Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the ncp42 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ncp42 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected].

Identity Verification

Ncp42 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal or when suspicious activity is identified on an account. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, or supporting transaction documents.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a ncp42 user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:

  1. Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
  2. Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage ncp42's platform systems or servers.
  3. Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about the platform or other users.
  4. Using another person's account without authorisation, or attempting to access an account that is not yours.
  5. Transferring, selling, or assigning your account to another party under any circumstances.
  6. Engaging in any activity that may constitute money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
  7. Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and ncp42 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency & Payment Methods

All transactions on the ncp42 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and supported e-wallets. The list of available payment methods is subject to change based on operational requirements.

Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified on the platform at the time of the transaction. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in the same user's name. ncp42 does not accept third-party deposits.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. ncp42 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation if any suspicious activity is detected.

Any taxes or charges imposed by payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user. ncp42 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties within the payment processing chain.

5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

Limitation of Liability

Ncp42 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. ncp42's total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ncp42 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of ncp42 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission.

Account Suspension & Closure

Ncp42 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, promotion abuse, or at the user's own request. If an account is closed due to a breach, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.

Third-Party Links

The ncp42 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. ncp42 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to those sites is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Right to Amend Terms

Ncp42 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for any updates.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ncp42 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.

Severability
